Terms and conditions
- In relation to wedding work, we require a deposit and signed contract before we can confirm your booking with Pure Blooms. Final payment is required in full a minimum of four weeks prior to your wedding. Deposits are non refundable. Delay in final payment may affect our ability to supply your flowers.
- We offer a free initial consultation and follow up. Any other consultations may incur a fee.
- Prices quoted on our website and postcards/leaflets are a guide price only. We offer a bespoke service so all prices are individual and will be specified after your initial consultation. Flower prices vary throughout the year so our prices will also vary depending on season and flower choice.
- We aim to provide the flower discussed at time of consultation, but reserve the right to change to an appropriate alternative if required. This would be due to exceptional circumstances and we will contact you to advise if this is necessary.
- Prices quoted are the price you pay as long as your order doesn’t change. If we are informed of changes we will alter the price and keep you informed of the revised quote.
- Pure Blooms provides fresh flowers, which by nature can vary in colour from stem to stem. We do not guarantee an exact colour match of flower e.g. to match a fabric swatch or a picture, but we will get as close a match as possible.
- We charge a set up fee to cover the time we spend setting up at your venue and to drop off bouquets etc. All our hire charges include collection unless otherwise stated. Any breakages must be paid for.
- At Pure Blooms we aim to provide a professional service and will keep the bride and groom informed of any complications that may arise as soon as we can. We will deliver to the addresses stated on the contract and will re-confirm these details one week prior to your wedding. It is the responsibility of the bride and groom to inform us of any changes e.g. drop off addresses or changes to set-up arrangements etc.
- We aim to be flexible and understand that preferences can alter. We are able to make changes to your order as long as we are given reasonable notice. We generally order flowers one week prior to the wedding. We would be unable to make any changes once we have placed the order.
- We aim to deliver at all times of the year but in extreme circumstances e.g. severe adverse weather conditions, we may not be able to fulfil the services required. We will always inform you of any such issues as soon as possible.
- By signing the contract you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
